New performance objectives

Traimeca Pyro has restructured in order to meet new challenges.
Over a period of several months, we carried out a number of changes in the company organisation and back-office to apply Lean Management methods.

Our objectives being:

• Prioritisation of client satisfaction (Lead time, Quality and Price).
• Modernisation of production tools (Robot, etc.).
• Flexibility and responsiveness in specific and complex projects.
